In a remarkable gathering of minds from across the globe, the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy (IACH) hosted a two-day international webinar on 25th and 26th April, 2026, under its “Watch and Learn” series, centered on the theme: “The Importance of Mental-Emotional (Mind) Symptoms in Homoeopathic Prescribing.” Drawing participation from over 750 attendees representing more than 60 countries, the event stood out as a powerful and immersive educational experience.
The webinar brought together dedicated practitioners and students of homeopathy, all eager to deepen their understanding of classical principles under the guidance of the esteemed teacher Prof. George Vithoulkas. Over the course of two intensive days, the sessions moved in both theoretical learning and its practical application, offering participants a clear demonstration of effectiveness of classical homeopathy.
A central focus of the webinar was the important role of mental and emotional symptoms in remedy selection. Attendees witnessed how the mind symptoms can serve as the most significant guiding compass in prescribing and thereby curing even severe physical pathologies.
The academic depth of the program was evident through detailed case analyses, including conditions such as alopecia, migraine, and diabetic ulcers. Several published case reports by students of IACH, were also presented on the theme of the webinar, helping to clarify the subject and highlighting the importance of considering mind symptoms—when present—as a key part in the hierarchy of totality of symptoms.
The highlight of the event came when Prof. Vithoulkas joined live to interact directly with participants. In an engaging and insightful session, he addressed a wide range of queries related to the topic, while also sharing invaluable perspectives drawn from his more than six decades of experience in homeopathy. His reflections extended beyond clinical practice, emphasizing the responsibility of practitioners to uphold the integrity and seriousness of homeopathy as a therapeutic science dedicated to serving humanity.
Participants expressed deep appreciation for the opportunity to learn directly from the highly respected and esteemed teacher of homeopathy, whose motto is to live for homeopathy. Messages of gratitude, respect, and admiration poured in throughout the live sessions, reflecting the profound impact of his knowledge and wisdom.
For many attendees, the webinar was more than just an academic event—it was a reaffirmation of the principles of classical homeopathy. The teachings reinforced the importance of following a correct and disciplined approach, as advocated by Prof. Vithoulkas, to ensure that homeopathy continues to be a blessing not only for patients but also for practitioners committed to working in the right direction.
The event concluded on a positive and fulfilling note, with heartfelt thanks to the Director of IACH, Ms. Maria Chorianopoulou, and the entire team. Participants left feeling greatly inspired, enriched, and motivated to apply the teachings of Prof. Vithoulkas in their clinical practice.
